-Need to verify that front straps are installed correctly -properly fire block flue chase in garage at top and bottom plates -right side of garage, need to add bolt within 12” to bottom plate where sill plate 2x4 seems are in line with each other -protect plumbing at top plate in front bathroom -install tension straps correctly at bump out in main room -anchor columns in basement -secure vent stack to the right of furnace -fire block at top plate at the landing of basement stairs -solid block joists at cantilevers and above beam in basement -header in basement at egress well needs to be complete -joists hangers needed in basement north side -fix hole and fire block hole in floor on west side -stud needs to be added at every joist in basement at basement stair wall -opening going into suspended slab is over sized, 6’ max opening called out on plans. Get engineers approval - fire block dead space on right side of stairs going down to basement - cut 2x6 outside wall stud on left side, going upstairs -solid block all cantilevers in house -block the end of joists at stair wall going upstairs -joists hangers needed in dining room -snow blocking needed on second floor -install flue shield in attic -flue clearance on second floor -ridge at front center bedroom needs to be same size as rafters -vent attic over master toilet room both sides -nail siding over south master bedroom wall over master closet at step flashing -flue offset in attic over 7.5’ -fix stud on right side of back middle bedroom with junction box attached -nail corner studs per code -install braced wall first and second floor per DT2.3 -support plumbing every 4’ above great room and kitchen -install beam post in garage

  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
