Jeremy Young 02/27/2018 8:36 AM Met with the contractor on site. The driveway has sufficient rock base at least 4" compacted rock. I checked the slope through the driveway and there was approx 1.4-1.6% slope through the driveway. The contractor added rebar and expansion joints at the curb.

Jeremy Young 03/05/2018 3:38 PM Inspected the driveway pour for the property. The cross slope between the sidewalk was between .04-1.8% which is within specs for ADA. There is a solid joint between the right of way and the other driveway. The contractor had placed the expansion joint between the curb and driveway.
