FRAMING: -Support deck beam at house side -Unblock return air at front bed **Since the closet floor is raised and ceiling dropped, you have to pan off the return air space from the floor/ceiling&roof space -Seal return air penetrations -Fb all dead space from roof; Fb basement wall from furdown space and every ten ft -Brace beam under gable wall along front-back bedrooms **brace the beam from rotation at bearing walls -Install double 2x10 beam to carry roof load above garage **the double 2x10 upset beams must be located to support the roof load. The currently installed beams are not supporting anything -Anchor sill per code **in basement, anchor sill plates within 12" of sill breaks. Short sill plates more than 16" must have at least 2 anchors -Provide full support under I beam and lvl point loads **Look carefully where the point loads are and provide solid support underneath MECHANICAL: **See above framing item **OK TO INSULATE

This driveway was already poured when I came to look at the sidewalk. Roy said someone already inspected it, I saw not record of an inspection.
