1. Remove soil and debris, and re-establish vegetation on adjacent lot. 2. Obtain approval of sanitary sewer connection (involving Public Works) 3. Final grade at front of house appears to have sunken; creating a low area that will collect water, and undermining the water meter cylindar, which will need reset. 4. Obtain sprinkler system permit. 5. Secure sprinkler line, near where it connects with water main in basement. 6. AC unit shall be protected by a 30amp-max breaker. 7. Secure / Adjust electric receptacle yokes - throughout. 8. Need Lock-out/Tag-out brackets in breaker panel for oven, microwave, and vent-hood circuits. 9. Electric receptacle at the west wall of the garage needs GFI protection. 10. Rear door security screws.

  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
