The bore underneath the railroad tracks has been copleted and the pipe is through. Today they core drill into the existing MH on the other side of the railroad tracks. They had to remove a storm pipe that was in the way, so they connected it and put a new piece of storm pipe in. On 9/19 and today they were putting the sanitary pipe through the steel encasement but are having trouble because the spacers are moving because they are hitting the spots where they welded the steel pipes together. The 8 " water main has been constructed from the connections point beginning at ward rd. continuing on donovan rd. All the fire hydrants , valves, and thrust blocks have also been installed. They made a tie in on chipman rd 10/19/16 , they shut the water down , used bleach to clean the pipes for the tie in and then poly wrapped all the joints . They used rock over the pipes , they used concrete on top to finish it off. The water main is completed except for 3 valve pipes at the end of donovan by chipman rd.Steve Robbins 10/24/2016 3:08 PM

Guidelines For Electronically Submitting Documents:

  • Submitted documents should be under 100MB in size.
  • Accepted file extensions:
    • pdf, jpg, xls, doc, xlsx, docx, dwg
  • All plans shall be to scale.
  • Recommended naming conventions:
    • Keep filename consistent.
    • Avoid the use of non-friendly filenames. (ex. k9dk38fj3.pdf)
    • Avoid inappropriate language in filenames.
  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
