I asked Ron Williams to have the storage trailer and the dumpster removed from the bulb of the cul de sac so that the Fire Dept. could get around the cul de sac if necessary. I asked Ron Williams to paint the entire fire hydrant cap silver. He said he would get this done. The fire hydrant bury line is covered with dirt. Make necessary adjustments to correct this. This is causing an issue with removing the fire hydrant caps. I was not able to remove the cap with a full turn on a hydrant.
