Brice Lawson 03/10/2017 3:53 PM The site has been seeded. The seeded areas were covered with hydro mulch and flock lock (tackifier). ESC straw mats were installed on the inner slopes of the detention basin and part of the outer slope of the east berm. Straw waddles were installed in the swale next to the east berm and at the areas where it appeared that the water leaving the site would drain.

Brice Lawson 05/02/2017 3:07 PM It appears that the seed that was planted at this site is coming in well. Most of the site has the required 70% vegetation density. There are some bare spots here and there.

Brice Lawson 10/06/2017 10:37 AM It appears that seed has been spread over the bare areas of this site. It does not appear the the bare ground was drilled or verticut to recieve the seed. It does not appear that any fertilizer was applied. The concern is that the seed was not worked into the soil and that some of it will wash away and not grow.

Brice Lawson 03/30/2018 1:12 PM It appears that the vegetation is becoming more densley established. I spoke to Mark, one of the owners and he said they just had fertilizer put down. I will come back in 3 weeks to check the vegetation density.

I have no record of receiving a maintenance bond for the public stormwater that has been installed. It is past the 3 year period for the maintenance bond.
