The approved landscaping plan showed two trees located in the planting bed at the southeast corner of the building. At the time of inspection there was only one. This bed is too small to accommodate a 2nd tree. Please install the additional tree in the vicinity of the building to meet the minimum number of required trees. The 2nd parking lot island on the east side of the building is a good location for the relocated tree.
