All plans submitted for review on or after January 1, 2014 shall be designed to the requirements of the 2012 International Building Code, 2012 International Mechanical Code, 2012 International Plumbing Code, 2012 International Fuel Gas Code, 2012 International Fire Code, 2011 National Electric Code and the ANSI A117.1-2009 as amended and adopted by the City of Lee’s Summit. Action required: Update code reference on PV1 to show that project is designed per 2011 NEC. (this can be hand-modified by myself under written direction of engineer of record)

  • Recommended naming conventions:
    • Keep filename consistent.
    • Avoid the use of non-friendly filenames. (ex. k9dk38fj3.pdf)
    • Avoid inappropriate language in filenames.
  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
