The plans appear acceptable, but the stormwater memorandum should be revised to include a section on why an emergency drain is not being provided. It ahould also be revised to include a brief discussion that the existing basin will be excavated on the bottom, and hence the storage volume will not be reduced since the permanent pool elevation will be slightly below the existing detention basin bottom.

An itemized cost estimate should be included in the final submittal drawings. Items to include in the estimate include: 1) grading, 2) rip rap, 3) erosion and sediment control measures, and 4) final restoration including sodding, seeding, fertilizer, mulch, and topsoil. It is not necessary to include the retaining walls if used since these are not inspected by the City.
