Minimum landscaping standards require that 1 tree be planted for each 30 feet of street frontage and 1 shrub be provided for each 20 feet of street frontage. Additionally, tree planting areas shall be no less than ten feet in width and no tree shall be located less than four feet from the back of curb. As proposed the UDO minimum tree planting requirement cannot be satisfied. Please provide a landscaping plan for the street shrubs. You will also need to include a modification request to seek a relief from installing the required street tree.

Both of the proposed parking stall layouts do not meet ADA requirements. Since only one stall is being proposed it must be van accessible. This will require the adjacent aisle be a minimum of 8 feet wide. Please adjust the proposed design to meet this requirement. Additionally, since you are working with a small space you may want to reduce the width of the stall to the minimum requirement of 8’ to help facilitate squeezing it in there.
