The Stormwater Management Plan lacks information. Clearly indicate the proposed permanent pool, emergency overflow spillway, and top of dam elevations to verify freeboard requirements. If required release rates can’t be met, then a design modification waiver will be required. The study also fails to include information about the existing pipe discharging into the basin. It appears that the basin will have a significant impact on the existing storm sewer, which must be analyzed.

The addition of a weir wall to increase the emergency overflow spillway elevation is not acceptable. The spillway itself will need to be raised.

The plan set lacks information such as the 100-year WSE and the pipe inflow elevation. It is difficult to say what all will need added to the plan set until the Stormwater Management Plan is more complete.
