Review sight distance triangles for Pergola Park Dr. and Redbuck in consideration of horizontal curves that are less than design criteria (25 mph) and propose necessary easements to ensure no encroachments obstruct sight distance for roadway safety. Example, portions on Tract N, Lots 113/114, etc. may be limited by easement or setback build lines.
