WB-67 movements at the View High and Paragon roundabout, especially the northbound right movement, appears in conflict with infrastructure and or significant conflict with traffic in adjacent lanes for the movement to occur. As shown utilitzing the entire pavement area of the roundabout and portion of truck apron to complete the turn, there's still some overlap with infrastructure on splitter islands/medians which are not the same as truck aprons. Additional truck lane use signing and/or signed truck restrictions and routing are encouraged to minimize infrastructure damage and improve safety with truck operations if design alternatives are not possible considering the noted design constraints of adjacent bridge precluding a larger roundabout and curb return radii.

Corrective Action Required
Roundabout Design information (Speed Check) was submitted for one of three roundabouts. Other roundabout design information should be submitted. Although the design table report indicates acceptable design, there were a few design concerns to note: Several entry speeds were in excess of the design speed and had more than a 12 mph deviation from circulating speed. This may indicate a larger roundabout is needed and/or more entry deflection for certain approaches.
Corrective Action Required
The crosswalk on Paragon Parkway at the View High roundabout appears too close to the circulating lane and yield line for a single vehicle to queue without conflict. Can this crosswalk be moved towards the east to create sufficient separation to minimize pedestrian and vehicle conflicts.
Though on private roadways, similar crosswalk separation recommendations should be reviewed at the other roundabout crosswalk locations.
Corrective Action Required
The SE corner of the View High roundabout may need a larger radius. The WB-67 could not make the right turn and WB-40 required all lanes for the movement. It's likely trucks will try the movement from the right-turn lane and overrun the curb and roadside areas. If the radius cannot be increased, consider truck restrictions on Paragon Pkwy.
A truck apparently cannot make the turn from eastbound View High Pkwy to southbound River Road. Consider a larger roundabout radius, curb return radius or modifications to the south splitter island.
Corrective Action Required
Marking and Signing notes pertaining to jurisdictional standards may include information that advises View High Drive, though portions within City of Lee's Summit, are maintained by KCMO by executed agreement and in such case the KCMO standards/specifications should be followed.

Corrective Action Required
Sheets 18-20: The Intersection Detail Legend doesn’t include all of the sidewalk ramps, the labels don’t make sense, and only one of the numbers (4) is shown in the Plan view.
Corrective Action Required
Sheet 20: Adjust the Proposed Waterline leader to point to the water line.
Corrective Action Required
Sheet 21: The specific details of all ADA-accessible sidewalk ramps must include, at a minimum, the design details specified in Section 5304.8 of the Design and Construction Manual. All review comments from 2/11/19 need to be referenced; none appear to be addressed. A majority of those comments are supplemental calculations and plans that need to be submitted in support of the design for the project record (e.g. vehicular turning movements at the roundabout, roundabout design speeds, sight distance illustrations at the roundabouts, lighting design calculations). This supplemental information is typically not included in the plans, but submitted separately for review concurrently with the plan set.
Several other comments pertained to receipt of KCMO approvals for various plan elements to include in the project file (e.g. Marking/Signing, Lighting and TTC on View High Drive/Roundabout).
All prior comments should be checked and addressed.
