Please see comment #19 of our previous comment letter. Existing and proposed easements were not shown for the on-site water lines on the re-submittal. This will be necessary to determine whether the water line is contained within the easement with enough space to maintain the line in the future.

Easements were shown for the off-site 12" water line, but they are too close (i.e., 3 feet) of the edge of the easement to allow for future maintenance of the line. Please move the proposed water line so it is more centered within the easement with at least five (5) feet from the outside of the pipe to the edge of the easement.
