Wye was turned up at a 45 and street 45 put on to make 9’ rise and 9’ run off of 45 bend to 1.3% flow line. They were working on getting the equipment set back up to start digging out the area of pipe that had been removed at end of last week. 8/22/22 ES Bair Excavating installed 6 sticks of pipe including 2nd wye connection from MH A-2(7’ rise 10’ of pipe out for stub). Came to agreement that existing berm is not at the level it needs to be and once construction on this section of line is completed berm will need to be reconstructed with at least 1' +/- of fill over concrete encased dip and then larger rock placed over top and new rip-rap going into existing stream to cut erosion. 10/27/22 ES

Met with Schlagel, Bair excavating, and Water Utilities about sanitary sewer crossing from basin below dam. Came to agreement that existing berm is not at the level it needs to be and once construction on this section of line is completed berm will need to be reconstructed with at least 1' +/- of fill over concrete encased dip and then larger rock placed over top and new rip-rap going into existing stream to cut erosion. 10/27/22 ES Troy's crew began working on poly wrapping ductile iron pipe. They will begin construction on the final legs of this after water on 5th plat is completed. Also spoke with Troy/Lafe and Sue about the ditch checks that are called out in the plans along the offsite main. Wye was turned up at a 45 and street 45 put on to make 9’ rise and 9’ run off of 45 bend to 1.3% flow line. Bair Excavating had MH A-2 hole dug and base set using shoring and trench boxes. 8/12/22 ES Bair Excavating began digging out from MH A-2 to start laying pipe. 8/15/22 ES Bair Excavating laid 2 sticks of 8” pipe and were looking to get 2-3 more in before leaving. 8/15/22 ES Bair excavating laying pipe and installed first wye north of MH A-2. 8/17/22 ES Bair Excavating laying pipe, had 3 sticks in and almost to second wye. 8/18/22 ES Bair Excavating continued laying, had laid 7 sticks of pipe today. 8/18/22 ES Bair Excavating had a trench collapse, had to pull 6 sticks of pipe out to get lined back up. Capped pipe at end before rain started and began backfilling trench that was still open. 8/19/22 ES

Bair Excavating worked on putting riser on first service line north of MH A-2 and backfilling. Wye was turned up at a 45 and street 45 put on to make 9’ rise and 9’ run off of 45 bend to 1.3% flow line. They were working on getting the equipment set back up to start digging out the area of pipe that had been removed at end of last week. 8/22/22 ES Bair Excavating installed 6 sticks of pipe including 2nd wye connection from MH A-2(7’ rise 10’ of pipe out for stub). Spoke with Troy and Adam both about making sure we get anodes and tracer wire ran out from stubs. 8/23/22 ES Bair Excavating had to pull out a couple of sticks of pipe again due to another wall falling in as they moved trench box. Reinstalled these sticks along with the 3rd wye connection from MH A-2 and capped. 8/24/22 ES Bair Excavating installed pipe up to MH A-3 including final wye connection on this section of A line. 8/25/22 ES Bair began backfilling between MH A-2 and MH A-3. They were working on backfilling trench. 8/29/22 ES Bair continued working on Line A towards MH A-4. 8/30/22 Bair Excavating working on running anodes and tracer wire from stub lines and backfilling. 9/1/22 ES Bair Excavating working on laying sewer tape and backfilling along all lines that have been put in. 9/2/22 ES Bair Excavating pipe crew worked on backfilling areas along A line. Mike from CFS was onsite doing compaction testing. 9/9/22 ES 9-19-22 RH. Sanitary continues to be placed. MH A-6 was placed today and contractor continues to dig toward MH A-7. Met with Schlagel, Bair excavating, and Water Utilities about sanitary sewer crossing from basin below dam. Came to agreement that existing berm is not at the level it needs to be and once construction on this section of line is completed berm will need to be reconstructed with at least 1' +/- of fill over concrete encased dip and then larger rock placed over top and new rip-rap going into existing stream to cut erosion. 10/27/22 ES Troy's crew began working on poly wrapping ductile iron pipe. They will begin construction on the final legs of this after water on 5th plat is completed. Also spoke with Troy/Lafe and Sue about the ditch checks that are called out in the plans along the offsite main. Lafe was going to get in contact with Schlagel about the requirements for these or options outside of concrete/flow fill. 10/31/22 ES Troy's crew worked on pumping out area around MH A-2 in preparation to start laying pipe from A-1 to A-2 and also from existing MH to A-1. 11/14/22 ES 11-28-22 RH. Troys crew is fixing pip placed due to trench filling with water. The pipe was moved due to the water. 11-28-22 RH. Troy’s crew continues dig out trench and fix outflow from retention pond to stop trench from flooding where sanitary is being installed. They plan to start forming up for concrete collars soon. 11-29-22 RH. Troy’s crew had fixed issue with pipe and re dug the trench for the sanitary line at station 46.55 to 1+18.55. The 8” zinc coated piping was formed up with rebar surrounding the pipe for encasement due to the drainage channel going over the sanitary encasement. Concrete is being planned to be poured at 2pm. Trench still needed pumping rest of rebar installed. Water was pumped out and all rebar was placed. Contractor then poured concrete for concrete encasement. 12-1-22 RH. Crew continues to work on dam around the encased piping. They are filling and compacting to finish work around sanitary line. Crew continued to lay pipe after the encase piping.

Mike from CFS was onsite doing compaction testing. 9/9/22 ES Adam's crew began backfilling Storm line 800 as well as the areas down towards the lake. Compacting with large roller. 9/28/22 ES Adam's crew working on grading site. 10/7/22 ES Bair crew working on grading site. Schlagel onsite verifying elevations on installed structures. 10/18/22 ES 12-2-22 RH. Contractor continues to build up fill on top of the encased pipe to build the spill way. Fill is being compacted in and rip rap will be added.

Bair Excavating worked on putting riser on first service line north of MH A-2 and backfilling. Wye was turned up at a 45 and street 45 put on to make 9’ rise and 9’ run off of 45 bend to 1.3% flow line. They were working on getting the equipment set back up to start digging out the area of pipe that had been removed at end of last week. 8/22/22 ES Bair Excavating installed 6 sticks of pipe including 2nd wye connection from MH A-2(7’ rise 10’ of pipe out for stub). Spoke with Troy and Adam both about making sure we get anodes and tracer wire ran out from stubs. 8/23/22 ES Bair Excavating had to pull out a couple of sticks of pipe again due to another wall falling in as they moved trench box. Met with Schlagel, Bair excavating, and Water Utilities about sanitary sewer crossing from basin below dam. Came to agreement that existing berm is not at the level it needs to be and once construction on this section of line is completed berm will need to be reconstructed with at least 1' +/- of fill over concrete encased dip and then larger rock placed over top and new rip-rap going into existing stream to cut erosion. 10/27/22 ES Troy's crew began working on poly wrapping ductile iron pipe. They will begin construction on the final legs of this after water on 5th plat is completed. Also spoke with Troy/Lafe and Sue about the ditch checks that are called out in the plans along the offsite main. Lafe was going to get in contact with Schlagel about the requirements for these or options outside of concrete/flow fill. 10/31/22 ES Troy's crew worked on pumping out area around MH A-2 in preparation to start laying pipe from A-1 to A-2 and also from existing MH to A-1. 11/14/22 ES 11-28-22 RH. Troys crew is fixing pip placed due to trench filling with water. The pipe was moved due to the water. 11-28-22 RH. Troy’s crew continues dig out trench and fix outflow from retention pond to stop trench from flooding where sanitary is being installed. They plan to start forming up for concrete collars soon. 11-29-22 RH. Troy’s crew had fixed issue with pipe and re dug the trench for the sanitary line at station 46.55 to 1+18.55. The 8” zinc coated piping was formed up with rebar surrounding the pipe for encasement due to the drainage channel going over the sanitary encasement. Concrete is being planned to be poured at 2pm. Trench still needed pumping rest of rebar installed. Water was pumped out and all rebar was placed. Contractor then poured concrete for concrete encasement. 12-1-22 RH. Met with Schlagel, Bair excavating, and Water Utilities about sanitary sewer crossing from basin below dam. Came to agreement that existing berm is not at the level it needs to be and once construction on this section of line is completed berm will need to be reconstructed with at least 1' +/- of fill over concrete encased dip and then larger rock placed over top and new rip-rap going into existing stream to cut erosion. 10/27/22 ES Troy's crew began working on poly wrapping ductile iron pipe. They will begin construction on the final legs of this after water on 5th plat is completed. Also spoke with Troy/Lafe and Sue about the ditch checks that are called out in the plans along the offsite main. Lafe was going to get in contact with Schlagel about the requirements for these or options outside of concrete/flow fill. 10/31/22 ES Troy's crew worked on pumping out area around MH A-2 in preparation to start laying pipe from A-1 to A-2 and also from existing MH to A-1. 11/14/22 ES 11-28-22 RH. Troys crew is fixing pip placed due to trench filling with water. The pipe was moved due to the water. 11-28-22 RH. Troy’s crew continues dig out trench and fix outflow from retention pond to stop trench from flooding where sanitary is being installed. They plan to start forming up for concrete collars soon. 11-29-22 RH. Troy’s crew had fixed issue with pipe and re dug the trench for the sanitary line at station 46.55 to 1+18.55. The 8” zinc coated piping was formed up with rebar surrounding the pipe for encasement due to the drainage channel going over the sanitary encasement. Concrete is being planned to be poured at 2pm. Wye was turned up at a 45 and street 45 put on to make 9’ rise and 9’ run off of 45 bend to 1.3% flow line. Bair Excavating worked on putting riser on first service line north of MH A-2 and backfilling. Wye was turned up at a 45 and street 45 put on to make 9’ rise and 9’ run off of 45 bend to 1.3% flow line. They were working on getting the equipment set back up to start digging out the area of pipe that had been removed at end of last week. 8/22/22 ES Bair Excavating installed 6 sticks of pipe including 2nd wye connection from MH A-2(7’ rise 10’ of pipe out for stub). Spoke with Troy and Adam both about making sure we get anodes and tracer wire ran out from stubs. 8/23/22 ES Bair Excavating had to pull out a couple of sticks of pipe again due to another wall falling in as they moved trench box. Met with Schlagel, Bair excavating, and Water Utilities about sanitary sewer crossing from basin below dam. Came to agreement that existing berm is not at the level it needs to be and once construction on this section of line is completed berm will need to be reconstructed with at least 1' +/- of fill over concrete encased dip and then larger rock placed over top and new rip-rap going into existing stream to cut erosion. 10/27/22 ES Troy's crew began working on poly wrapping ductile iron pipe. They will begin construction on the final legs of this after water on 5th plat is completed. Also spoke with Troy/Lafe and Sue about the ditch checks that are called out in the plans along the offsite main. Lafe was going to get in contact with Schlagel about the requirements for these or options outside of concrete/flow fill. 10/31/22 ES Troy's crew worked on pumping out area around MH A-2 in preparation to start laying pipe from A-1 to A-2 and also from existing MH to A-1. 11/14/22 ES 11-28-22 RH. Troys crew is fixing pip placed due to trench filling with water. The pipe was moved due to the water. 11-28-22 RH. Troy’s crew continues dig out trench and fix outflow from retention pond to stop trench from flooding where sanitary is being installed. They plan to start forming up for concrete collars soon. 11-29-22 RH. Troy’s crew had fixed issue with pipe and re dug the trench for the sanitary line at station 46.55 to 1+18.55. The 8” zinc coated piping was formed up with rebar surrounding the pipe for encasement due to the drainage channel going over the sanitary encasement. Concrete is being planned to be poured at 2pm. Trench still needed pumping rest of rebar installed. Water was pumped out and all rebar was placed. Contractor then poured concrete for concrete encasement. 12-1-22 RH. Bair Excavating had MH A-2 hole dug and base set using shoring and trench boxes. 8/12/22 ES Bair Excavating began digging out from MH A-2 to start laying pipe. 8/15/22 ES Bair Excavating laid 2 sticks of 8” pipe and were looking to get 2-3 more in before leaving. 8/15/22 ES Bair excavating laying pipe and installed first wye north of MH A-2. 8/17/22 ES Bair Excavating laying pipe, had 3 sticks in and almost to second wye. 8/18/22 ES Bair Excavating continued laying, had laid 7 sticks of pipe today. 8/18/22 ES Bair Excavating had a trench collapse, had to pull 6 sticks of pipe out to get lined back up. Bair Excavating worked on putting riser on first service line north of MH A-2 and backfilling. Wye was turned up at a 45 and street 45 put on to make 9’ rise and 9’ run off of 45 bend to 1.3% flow line. They were working on getting the equipment set back up to start digging out the area of pipe that had been removed at end of last week. 8/22/22 ES Bair Excavating installed 6 sticks of pipe including 2nd wye connection from MH A-2(7’ rise 10’ of pipe out for stub). Spoke with Troy and Adam both about making sure we get anodes and tracer wire ran out from stubs. 8/23/22 ES Bair Excavating had to pull out a couple of sticks of pipe again due to another wall falling in as they moved trench box. Reinstalled these sticks along with the 3rd wye connection from MH A-2 and capped. 8/24/22 ES Bair Excavating installed pipe up to MH A-3 including final wye connection on this section of A line. 8/25/22 ES Bair began backfilling between MH A-2 and MH A-3. Bair Excavating began laying pipe out from MH A-3 had first stick in during the morning. 8/29/22 ES Bair had 6 sticks of pipe in before storms stopped construction. They were working on backfilling trench. 8/29/22 ES Bair continued working on Line A towards MH A-4. 8/30/22 Bair Excavating working on running anodes and tracer wire from stub lines and backfilling. 9/1/22 ES Bair Excavating working on laying sewer tape and backfilling along all lines that have been put in. 9/2/22 ES Bair Excavating pipe crew worked on backfilling areas along A line. Met with Schlagel, Bair excavating, and Water Utilities about sanitary sewer crossing from basin below dam. Came to agreement that existing berm is not at the level it needs to be and once construction on this section of line is completed berm will need to be reconstructed with at least 1' +/- of fill over concrete encased dip and then larger rock placed over top and new rip-rap going into existing stream to cut erosion. 10/27/22 ES Troy's crew began working on poly wrapping ductile iron pipe. They will begin construction on the final legs of this after water on 5th plat is completed. Also spoke with Troy/Lafe and Sue about the ditch checks that are called out in the plans along the offsite main. Lafe was going to get in contact with Schlagel about the requirements for these or options outside of concrete/flow fill. 10/31/22 ES Troy's crew worked on pumping out area around MH A-2 in preparation to start laying pipe from A-1 to A-2 and also from existing MH to A-1. 11/14/22 ES 11-28-22 RH. Troys crew is fixing pip placed due to trench filling with water. The pipe was moved due to the water. 11-28-22 RH. Troy’s crew continues dig out trench and fix outflow from retention pond to stop trench from flooding where sanitary is being installed. They plan to start forming up for concrete collars soon. 11-29-22 RH. Troy’s crew had fixed issue with pipe and re dug the trench for the sanitary line at station 46.55 to 1+18.55. The 8” zinc coated piping was formed up with rebar surrounding the pipe for encasement due to the drainage channel going over the sanitary encasement. Concrete is being planned to be poured at 2pm. Trench still needed pumping rest of rebar installed. Water was pumped out and all rebar was placed. Contractor then poured concrete for concrete encasement. 12-1-22 RH. Crew continues to work on dam around the encased piping. They are filling and compacting to finish work around sanitary line. Crew continued to lay pipe after the encase piping. 12-2-22 RH. Crew laid pipe after encased pipe to station 3+14. More work to continue Monday. 12-5-22 RH. Crew plans to continue to lay pipe until they get to Manhole A-1. 12-6-22 RH. Contractor is working on Manhole A-2 today. They will be stacking it out and filling in around it due to the location next to the lake and a possible fall in due to the lake. 12-7-22 RH. Contractor continues from Manhole A-2 toward A-1. A-2 was stacked out yesterday. Ditch checks will be poured today between exciting MH and MH A-1. 12-8-22 RH. Contractor is dealing with the slow excavation because of depth of pipe install, hardshell soil, and water needing to be pump. 12-20-22 RH. Contractor continues to install pipe between A-2 to A-1. Progress is slow due to depth. 12-21-22 RH. Contractor continues to lay pipe to A-1. Progress is slow due to rock and and depth of trench. 12-27-22 RH. Contractor is digging out where they will be placing MH A-1. Contractor is hopping to finish sanitary tie in today or tomorrow. 12-28-22 RH. Contractor placed MH A-1. 80’ of line needs to be installed and line will be complete. 12-29-22 RH. Contractor has 60’ of pipe left from A-1 to connect to exciting Sanitary MH but due to the depth of trench and water work is going slow. Contractor completed line today.

Bair was already on site this morning fixing issues of Mastic in Manholes, grouting the cracked riser ring and squaring up steps in manholes. They will be fixing the required sags in the pipe. Ryan and I met the developer, Russel along with Lafe from Bair on site this morning to discuss different scenarios. Crew has dropped off sewer pipe on site in preparation for fixing required issues and i'll update plan of action once all scenario's are ironed out.

No work being done due to rain. 8/16/22 ES Bair Excavating had a skid steer with mulcher clearing out areas back into the woods for access to install sanitary line A. 8/24/22 ES Bair Excavating continued clearing brush and smaller treed areas to make access for sanitary sewer install. 8/25/22 ES CFS was onsite performing compaction testing between MH A-2 and A-3 and began working onto the onsite areas. 9/9/22 ES Schlagel onsite staking for water lines and verifying installed structure elevations. 10/18/22 ES
