The Line D is connected with Line A it Tee of @ the Northside entrance of project off of View High Drive. Hydrant was installed @ Sta 03+97.31 and contractor continued to install water Line D.

3/9/21 Tuesday Contractor has been underway to construct Bridge over waterway as per plan. Construction started at Bent NO. 2 . Today water had to be pump out of construction site due to the upstream dam being worked on by the Core of Engineers at Lake Lackawanna ( water was allowed down stream so they could repair pipes). Going forward they will inform the contractor ( Clarkston ) when they intend allow water to flow down stream. A Temporary containment cylinder was installed. Sand is being poured into the temporary containment cylinder that sit in the Footing that were installed last week to the depth in which piles are be driven into the ground (to the shell rock).

3/9/21 Tuesday Contractor Chlorinated Line A & D to 03+70 @ 2:00PM. Contractor also corrected a leak that occurred to Line A around the air relief valve ( possibly leak due to the heavy truck and equipment coming through entrance area ). All were swab with chlorine and flushed.

3/16/21 Tuesday Contractor ( Clarkson - Bridge crew ) began driving piles for 20ft columns. I gave my business card to Osslon to have me included on the E-mail for the reports. The contractor ran into an issue it appears that the piles maybe to short. They were not able to reach a point of resistance ( to the point of refusal ). Contractor had a longer pile delivered to site to be welded to one of the piles that was driven. Project plans calls all that the beams can be splice also Osslon will inspect weld for structural integrity. ( Bent 2)

The road that will connect the bridges subgrade is being raised and stabilize with shot rock before the clay for road is installed. The contractor has removed metal corrugated pipe that was used to maintain a steady water flow in the rivers under bridge. 12/02/21 Thursday Contractor is pouring the transitional part of the concrete barricade on the West & East bridge approaches. Contractor continued grading around & under bridge area as per project plans. 12/06/21 Monday Contractor continued to work on the West & East bridge. Installing conduit on the East bridge. 03/18/22 Friday Approaches for the West & East Bridges have not been poured and the fencing for the bridges have not been installed. 04/19/22 Tuesday Contractor has completed the installation of railing for the West bridge off of View High Drive and near completion of decorative railing on East bridge off of River Road.
