I informed the contractor that additional rock needed to be place up under the waterman. Contractor compiled adding additional rock forward.

Approx 40LF of 24” HDPE pipe with Concrete end section is installed. Contractor graded detention basin. Contractor also placed approx 120 LF of 6” HDPE pipe connecting to the newly installed field inlet structure.

On Sat. 4-11-2020 It was determined during installation of 106-DB Nyloplastic DB, the flow line elev. in-for the 10” HDPE pipe was approx. 1 in. Lower then the 18” HP pipe. The elev. difference should be .38 higher then the 18” flow line in. Contractor has stop all pipe installation for that intersecting DB and will have another Nyloplastic base made. Contractor continued to install 60 LF10” pipe from 105-DB towards 301 DB.

On 4-12-2020, the 106-DB Nyloplastic DB was removed during installation because the flow line in for the 16” HDPE pipe was incorrect. Another base was delivered and set today along with the final 24” HDPE pipe.

On Sat. 4-11-2020 It was determined during installation of 106-DB Nyloplastic DB, the flow line elev. in-for the 10” HDPE pipe was approx. 1 in. Lower then the 18” HP pipe. The elev. difference should be .38 higher then the 18” flow line in. Contractor has stop all pipe installation for that intersecting DB and will have another Nyloplastic base made. Contractor continued to install 60 LF10” pipe from 105-DB towards 301 DB.
