6-13-20 6:53am They have poured out one truck at this time. The north end of the parking lot is poured and now they are working on the allley on the south side of the lot. They have approximately 30 yards on the ground. They are finished with the pour. They will be curing then there done for the day. 6-16-20 They have poured another section of the parking lot on the west side of the site.

6-17-20 10:24AM The water department has made the tap for the two inch waterline. They have the meter set and the copper line installed. They are getting ready to backfill.

They are using a 5k mix with a burlap finish. 2:45pm They are finishing the concrete now.

2-18-20 11:37am I spoke with the Superintendent of the job about keeping the streets clean. We had a compliant call at 11:13am about muddy streets and I arrived on site at 11:35am to find no mud on any of the streets. He appears to be doing a good job.

4-30-20 10:32am I spoke with the superintendent of the site about erosion control. There is no run off on this site at this time. However they are aware that erosion controls will need to be in place if the grade changes to flow out. 5-26-20 There is no activity on the site today due to weather. 5-28-20 There is no activity on site due to weather. It has been raining all day. 5-29-20 We met for a TCO but there sidewalk is not installed along with other issues. 6-18-20 Steve Robbins and I met on site to look at the alley and sidewalk to decide what direction the contractor needs to go. I will be meeting Bob Burns on site later.

They have poured the curb on the west side. 6-8-20 7:05am They are pouring the curb in the parking lot on the west side of the building. They are done for the day. They have the islands poured. They used white cure. 6-9-20 8:58am They are pouring more curb on the SW corner of the parking lot. 6-10-20 11:02am All of the curb is poured. 6-18-20 They have section of curb on the west side of the site that is set up ready to pour.

4-1-20 The sidewalk is formed up and aggregate is compacted ready for pour. 4-21-20 2:16pm The contractor is setting up the ramps on the west side of the building to ADA spec. 40-27-20 The contractor has all of the base rock installed for the sidewalk on the west side of the building. 5-5-20 10:54am They have the steel installed and will be pouring tomorrow 5-6-20. 5-6-20 9:20am They have poured the ramps on the west side of the building and are working on the Finnish. 5-7-20 9:32am They have poured the pad on the East side of the building for the brick to lay on. They have the forms for the steps set up on the West side of the building. It is ready to pour. 5-29-20 They have formed up the sidewalk in front of the front door with the trench drain. They are pouring now. 6-1-20 They have the sidewalk formed up going to the front door. They will be pouring at approximately 2:30pm. 6-15-20 1:31pm The sidewalk is poured on the north side of the parking lot and the east side of the building. 6-30-20 9:39am They have poured the sidewalk on the west side of the site. It meets ADA spec.
