SITE PLAN. A more detailed site plan is required to be submitted for both monument sign locations for proper review. The site plans shall be drawn to scale and show the monument sign locations relative to the established area property lines and 10' utility easements dedicated along the SW Oldham Pkwy and South M-291 Hwy road frontages. The monument signs shall be located outside of the public rights-of-way (i.e., they shall be located on private property) and shall not encroach into any utility easement.

BUILDING PERMIT. Because the monument signs exceed a height of 6', they will each require approval of a building permit in addition to the required sign permit. Building permit submittal and review is done under separate application through the City's portal. Please contact Joe Frogge at 816-969-1241 with any questions regarding the building permit process and submittal requirements.

    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
