SITE LOCATION. Confirm the site location. The permit was submitted indicating an address of 908 NE Chipman Rd. However, the building/site photos on the mock-up appear to reflect a new building construction site that is not located at 908 NE Chipman Rd. 908 NE Chipman Rd is the site of an existing building that most recently housed a laundromat. Update all of the address labels on the specification sheets to reflect the correct site address.

NUMBER OF SIGNS. Please confirm the number of wall signs proposed for the building. Are a total of 3 or 4 wall signs proposed? Four sets of drawings were submitted with the sign permit, but one set is a duplicate. The City's sign code allows a maximum of 3 wall signs by right. Requests for more than 3 wall signs requires a separate sign application submittal (a $200 application fee) for Planning Commission consideration of the request. There is no guarantee that the Planning Commission would approved a fourth sign for the building.
