Orchard Street is under construction and may be closed to traffic. This part of the race should be re-routed. There is also construction activity along 2nd Street between M-291 and Jefferson St., but two-way traffic will be maintained and lane closures are likely.

For future reference, a traffic signal, turn lanes and median will be constructed along Colbern Road at Town Centre Dr. and Independence Ave. starting near the end of August. This will prohibit future left turns from Independence Ave. onto Colbern Rd. and left turns from Colbern Road onto Independence Ave. An alternate route via Town Centre Dr. should be considered.
