Provide 36" of steel rebar at the deck, attached to the pool shell conductors and running to the equipment pad, or install a min 8 awg bare copper conductor secured 18" to 24", from the inside of the walls of the pool, 4" to 6" below subgrade, attached to shell bonding and continuing to equipment pad.
