4-9-25 NS Site visited and it appears that driveway meets city standards for pre-pour inspection. No sidewalk. I will come out to do my final inspection when rough inspection is requested.

**INSTALL EROSION CONTROL ALONG THE CREEK AT REAR -Driveway not approved on record -Piers not inspected and approved by city. Submit inspection record from 3rd party -Final grade, sod, downspout and sump pump extension -Seal exterior wall penetrations; seal above meter, AC disconnect, seal exterior lights, etc -Complete installation of floor receptacles -Isolate low voltage in fireplace switch box -Provide gfci protection for dishwasher outlet. Not tripping -Install deck receptacle weatherproof cover -Screw the exterior door embedded jamb brace into studs through the 4 pre-drilled holes; screw the security strike plate to the embedded jamb brace -Attach deck beam to each post with two 1/2” through bolts/washers/nuts or equivalent connections -Cover insulation paper facing with approved material -Support mineral wool with metal support wire -The water heater P&T discharge pipe must be no lower than 1.5” from floor -Fb floor space from mechanical room -Install light cover in basement bedroom and closet

    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
