Plumber originally scheduled a ready time of 8:30am, inspector was onsite at 8:40 and the job wasn’t complete as the plumber had to leave the job site and collect needed parts. Plumber rescheduled inspection for 9:30, inspector onsite at 9:35 and job is still not ready for inspection, therefore a not ready fee has been assessed. Plumber to reschedule when work is complete and ready for inspection.

    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
