Deck ledger board cannot be connected or supported by cantilever in this manner. Provide engineers report. Grab rail at deck stairs max width is 4”. Is 2x6 now. Deck post resting partially on retaining wall and is in direct contact with concrete. North side of deck. Deck post at south side of only bearing 2.5 “ on slab and has form board under it. Expose pier to inspect bearing of post on pier Landing required at deck stairs. Install approved hold down device at deck beam to post connection for uplift. Install secondary locking device at rear sliders. Self closing device at garage entry door needs to be adjusted to close fully. Gutters, downspouts, splash blocks. Final grade. Sod Provide as graded plot plan prior to sodding. Stone veneer work on front of house not installed. driveway approach not poured.
