The Basement floor elevation and basement type (e.g. full/standard, daylight, walk-out, etc.) *MDP is calling out a standard basement, but the plot plan is calling out a daylight. Can you please double check it or submit a letter saying its ok.

Spot elevations and/or drainage flow arrows shall be provided throughout the lot. *On the NW corner of the house I'm getting .27% slope of drainage away from the house. It needs to be atleast 2% or more.

He's also put in rebar I informed him he didn't have to put in re-bar in we just require tamped rock.

    • Avoid inappropriate language in filenames.
  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
