1. It is not clear how this lot is going to drain properly. For instance, the northwest corner of the house is shown with an adjacent grade elevation of 995.75. It appears from the drainage arrows that a side lot swale is being proposed to drain the stormwater to the southeast corner of the lot which has an elevation of 995.53 for a finished elevation. This is only 0.22 feet of fall in roughly 70 feet which is clearly too small of a slope. 2. It appears that you are proposing to use the driveway as a route to allow stormwater to sheetflow from this lot as well as upstream lots. This may generate future stormwater complaints. 3. It appears that the house needs to be raised at least a foot to achieve proper drainage.
