Tom Chandler 08/17/2016 Cored existing MH B-9. Tom Chandler 08/18/2016 3:09 PM Installed 8" DIP to MH 1-1. Wrapped in poly and encased in concrete with #4 rebar according to specs. Installed 8" SDR 26 PVC Sewer main heading towards MH 1-2. Installed approximately 90ft. Tom Chandler 08/22/2016 Finished installation of Sanitary sewer main to include MH A-3 and 5 service laterals. Trench checks and tracer wires installed and backfilled. Sewer marking tape installed as well. Testing can begin on 9/22/2016.

    • Avoid inappropriate language in filenames.
  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
