Before opening to the public, the tent must be inspected by the City of Lee's Summit Fire Department and Development Services. Inspections can be scheduled by calling (816) 969-1300. All inspections are conducted from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Utility locates must be performed before driving any generator grounding rods or tent stakes into the ground. Call 1-800-344-7483 (DIG-RITE) or 811, "Before You Dig." This is required by law! The combustible ground cover must be sprayed with an approved flame retardant, and documentation of this must be kept at the tent

    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
