All exits from the parking garage are to remain unlocked and be equipped with panic hardware. Electronic locking devices that require a card, fob, or any other device to unlock doors that are marked an exit are not authorized to be used and cannot be utilized in the garage area. Please provide documentation on door hardware as well as a letter from the owner acknowledging locking devices will not be installed or utilized.

Today 12ft of 18"RCP to box 5701 and set box 5701. 04/07/25 Monday JMJ ( Pro Design) Installed 113ft of 18" RCP to box 5702 and set storm box 5702. 04/08/25 Tuesday JMJ (Pro Design) Contractor installed 64ft of 18" RCP towards box 5703 & poured 7 yds of concrete for collars and inverts. 04/14/25 Monday JMJ (Pro Design) Contractor installed 70ft of 18" RCP to box 5705. Set storm box 5705 and poured invert. 9/25/25 PS Contractor set box 5703 with RCP connected on east side, box 5704 set, 18" connected to box 5704. 9/26/25 PS Collars and inverts poured at storm boxes 5703 and 5704
