Either remove enamel between lug and disconnect enclosure for direct metal-metal contact or install proper bonding screw, not sheet metal screw

6-6-23 NS Sidewalk was poured with out a pre-pour inspection. Once the concrete has been cured and do a final inspection. 6-8-23 NS Site visited Sidewalk ramp did not pass ADA. There is no 5 foot turn around for a person that is in a wheel chair. This will need to be tore out and replaced to meet ADA standards. Please call me Nick Scott at 816-977-5652 to meet up and I can explain what needs to change.
