The plumbing for the sink exists exterior of the wall and runs on top of the ground. The proper coverage of a waste line for plumbing must be provided. the Waste vent is on the exterior of the building. See email sent to HD and Chris Smith. no further inspections until the electrical from the previous permit has been approved.

thhis inspection should of been updated 4/12 along with fire dept. again on 5/5 when i met with Phil Livota. anothoer site visit 7/6 . The existing door shall be removed and a 2hr wall installed as per plans. The east walk through door on the existing space shall be removed and a 90 minute rated door installed. the emergency lights on the outside of the patio are not connected to the emergency exit sign/light on the inside of the door for the patio. all these items were brought forwth the day all the staff from both sides met on site.

MEANS OF EGRESS. Spiral stairways are permitted, provided the minimum width shall be 26 inches (660 mm) with each tread having a 7½-inches (190 mm) minimum tread depth at 12 inches from the narrower edge. All treads shall be identical, and the rise shall be no more than 9½ inches (241 mm). A minimum headroom of 6 feet 6 inches (1982 mm) shall be provided. -------------------------------------- thhis inspection should of been updated 4/12 along with fire dept. again on 5/5 when i met with Phil Livota. anothoer site visit 7/6 . The existing door shall be removed and a 2hr wall installed as per plans. The east walk through door on the existing space shall be removed and a 90 minute rated door installed. the emergency lights on the outside of the patio are not connected to the emergency exit sign/light on the inside of the door for the patio. all these items were brought forwth the day all the staff from both sides met on site.
