Such access shall not require climbing over obstructions greater than 30 inches in height or walking on roofs having a slope greater than 4 units vertical in 12 units horizontal. 8-11-20 9:44am Steve Robbins and I walked the site and we are good for a temporary occupancy with a punch list. 1.Vegetation needs to be established 2. All gutter buddy's need to be removed around the property and on the street when vegetation has been established. 3.All trash and debris needs to be picked up and removed from the site. 4. The backflow preventer needs to be cleaned off and as it has mud on it now, and the landscaping needs to be placed so it will not be covered and can easily get to the lid. 5. Plastic covers on the ADA ramps need to be removed.
