Complete all outstanding NHS violations before building can be occupied. 3. Provide gas service to building for heat. 4. Provide 1 working restroom. 5. Provide water service to the building 6. Lable main breaker panel 7. Secure romex in strip light rear office area. 8. provide address on rear door of building 9. Front screen door shall be operational and be able to open full width of door 90 degrees. 10. Provide tempered water to building. 11. Section IBC 1204- Temperature Control- Provide min indoor air temp of 68 degrees at a point 3’ above the floor. If gas service is restored a gas pressure test shall be provided for inspection before gas service is release to MGE, also violations around the flue shall be corrected, flue clearance to combustables tape joints.
