: Per info from Victoria: A one story, swim and scuba school complete with a natatorium and retail space. Attached is an example packet of a potential project we are looking at in another city as well as a conceptual layout on this site. Please note on the conceptual layout we are showing a potential lot line across the middle to subdivide the current parcel. Also, the final floor plan we would like to implement for this building (and the rough version we are showing on the site layout) is a sheer drop pool (no slope down to scuba dive well), if possible we would like to verify at this meeting that there is no issue there. Missouri health department has okay’d it in other locations but would like to verify that with you folks in Lee’s Summit.
