Staff understands that the applicant/developer may be pursuing payment in lieu of sidewalk construction for at least a portion of required sidewalk along SW Persels Rd, but the developer of the site (Casey's) has yet to initiate the process. The required sidewalk needs to be shown along SW Persels Rd as commented upon above.
