LOT NUMBERING. To maintain consistency with the existing lot number order of re-platted lots on the west side of SW Winthrop Terrace, switch the lot labels for Lots 49A and 49B so that Lot 49A is for the south townhome unit, and vice versa. Please ensure that the lot size (sq. ft.) table at the bottom of the drawing is updated accordingly so that the correct lot size corresponds with the revised lot number assignment.
