MEETING SCHEDULE. The earliest meeting of the Community and Economic Development Committee (CEDC) for which the proposed street name change can be scheduled is for October 8, 2025. Should the CEDC not object to the proposed street name change, they may direct staff to draft an ordinance for consideration by the full Council without the need for any public hearings. Placing the subject item on the October 8, 2025, CEDC agenda is dependent on receiving the aforementioned narrative in a timely manner.

OWNERSHIP DOCUMENTATION. The proposed street name change only impacts the existing Lot 118C of Pergola Park. Provide a simple signed letter acknowledging that NLV Pergola Park LLC is the owner of record (as per Jackson County tax records) for said lot and there is no objection to the proposed street name change.
