The short extension is nearly flat, and does not meet our dead-end sanitary sewer slope requirement of 1.00%. Please adjust to 1.00% or greater if possible.

A trenching and backfill detail was missing. Please provide a trenching and backfill detail, and ensure it includes the July 2020 revision of 12 inch minimum aggregate over the top of pipe. Please be aware the City does not have a standard drawing for a trenching and backfill detail, so it will need to be prepared by your firm.
