Please add and label the corner easements (i.e., the easements shown within the corners of the tracts in question) on the drawing. It appears the monument signs are outside the limits of the easement, but identification of these corner easements should be shown on the drawing. Please revise as appropriate, and ensure this comment is also carried-through to the Final Plat (comments already provided this morning on the Final Plat which address this issue).

One of the monument signs is too close to the water main. A minimum of 15 feet from the outside of the water main to the closest portion of the footing is required. Please revise as appropriate.

It was assumed the plat had dedicated a general utility easement across the tracts in question, but that does not appear to be the case after further review of the draft plat. There appear to be gaps in the general utility easement, and the water main is particularly affected by this gap. Please review the plat, and ensure there are continuous easements to accommodate the water line.

Please ensure the easements along street frontage shown on the plat are defined in a specific way. It did not appear they were labeled with "U/E" to match the dedication language on the plat, and it did not appear there was any labeling in many cases along the street frontage.

Upon a reexamination of the draft plat for this subdivison, please ensure all monument signs are outside the limits of the required easements. Please ensure the required easements along all street frontage (10 foot width minimum) are continuous without gaps.
