Sheet 3 and Sheet 5: According to the markups, manhole K5 does not have sufficient fall across the skewed angle. According to the proposed fall, there was to be a 0.40 foot fall at this manhole from both incoming lines. The as-built condition appears to show 0.06 feet of fall between both incoming lines and the outgoing line. Was there a mistake in the survey? Please verify, as the City will be unable to accept this manhole installation "as-is".
