REZONING BOUNDARY. It was staff's understanding from early conversations with the applicant that the desire was to only rezone the front 4 acres, and thus leave the remaining 14 acres zoned AG (Agricultural). With the submittal of the minor plat as supporting documentation for the rezoning application, is it now the intent to rezone all 18 acres?
