Sign Package. The monument sign area is 95.99 sq. ft. However, the sign face area you are asking is 75 sq. ft. which is larger than what the UDO allows. The directional sign you are showing it to be 31” which is also larger than what the UDO allows. Is there a reason you are asking for these signs to be larger than what the UDO is requiring? Please state in writing why they need to be larger. If there is not a reason for them to be larger please fix the signs so they meet the UDO.

    • Avoid inappropriate language in filenames.
  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
