As previously discussed, Water Utilities shall not support the proposed lot split, unless a public extension of sanitary sewer is made along the private drive to allow for access to Water Utilities personnel, and domestic water supplied to the Scooter's Coffee building to the existing 6 inch water main to the east of Scooter's Coffee.
