I have a question on where the street centerlines start for SW Kline and SW Serena.
On SVF 3rd, the distance listed on the plat for these street stubs is 56.49 for Kline, and 50.25 for Serena; however they do not reach the edge of the plat.
On SVF 4th, are the distances from these stub endpoints on SVF 3rd, or the edge of the plat? When I add up all the dimensions along Kline, it measures 707.26, but when I draw the line from the plat edge and according to these measurements, Kline's centerline extends beyond the western boundary of the plat by 9 feet.
The centerline does not extend beyond the plat boundary for Serena, but using that total measurement of 308.62 might affect the measurements of the lots on that street by over 3 ft. Please double check where the centerlines should begin and their exact measurements. You may also want to double check Summit View Farms 3rd on these stub streets as well.
