STREET NAMES. - The street suffix for Willow is incorrect. Change the suffix from Circle to Drive. Additionally, make sure the addresses labeled on all of the building footprints on Willow also reflect the correction from Circle to Drive. - Add "NW" as the quadrant label for Willow Drive. - Label the street on Lot 1 as NW Faith Drive. - The addresses labeled on the building footprints on NW Faith Drive incorrectly show the street suffix as Circle. Change the labels from Circle to Drive. - Add the street suffix "Ave" to the building footprint on Lot 1 that is addressed 619-625 Shamrock.

Are there going to be any new easements that will need to dedicated as part of this plat? If so, include the following dedication paragraph: "An easement or license is hereby granted to the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri, to locate, construct and maintain, or to authorize the location, construction and maintenance of poles, wires, anchors, conduits, and/or structures for water, gas, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, surface drainage channel, electricity, telephone, cable television, or any other necessary public utility or services, any or all of them, upon, over, or under those areas outlined or designated upon this plat as “Utility Easements” (U.E..) or within any street or thoroughfare dedicated to public use on this plat. Grantor, on behalf of himself, his heirs, his assigns and successors in interest, hereby waives, to the fullest extent allowed by law, including, without limitation, Section 527.188, RSMo. (2006), any right to request restoration of rights previously transferred and vacation of the easement herein granted." - If no easements will be dedicated as part of this plat, the existing Easement Information paragraph language will suffice.
