ADDITIONAL EASEMENT TO VACATE. There is an additional easement that conflicts with the proposed sanctuary building that also needs to be vacated as part of this application. The easement in question is an L-shaped easement adjacent to the U-shaped easement for which an exhibit and legal description was already submitted with the application. Provide an exhibit and legal description for the L-shaped easement that is to be vacated. See the accompanying drawing of the easement taken from the plat titled "Abundant Life Baptist Church, Lot 1".
