Site Design. The Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) requires 25 sq ft of landscaping around the base of monument signs. The existing landscaping island should be extended south to meet the 25 sq ft of landscaping requirement and protect the proposed sign from vehicles. Please submit a revised site plan showing this island extension and surrounding landscaping shrubs/plants.
