Please add the locations of public utilities (i.e., water, stormwater, and sanitary sewer) to the Minor Plat to determine whether they fall within the boundary of easements. The utilities should be removed from the final version of the Minor Plat (i.e., the utilities should be shown for review purposes only and then removed for the recorded version).
