SIDEWALKS. To meet the requirements of the Unified Development Ordinance, add 5' sidewalks along the Blue Parkway and 7th Terrace street frontages of Lots 1-3. For your information, the sidewalks need not be built until such time as the abutting lots are developed. However, a modification asking that the sidewalks not be built can be requested at the time preliminary development plans are submitted for the lots.
